Before filming a scene, it was important that we had to make sure that the set was clear and that there wasn't anything getting in the way. When we arrived on set, we saw that there were a few objects around the center of the room, and we knew that they weren't needed. One of the things that we pointed out in the risk assessment was that there was a risk of people falling over and injuring themselves while moving. In order to ensure the location was safe for me to move around, I had to move some objects out of the way so that there was no risk of walking into any objects or to even tripping over them. When this was done, we then placed all the objects that were needed for the scene, such as the couch and two chairs.
